Our journey begins at the grassroots level. Over the past two years, SCM’s non-profit efforts have established 90 football clubs and launched 14 leagues in Ghana and Kenya, engaging over 9,000 children. These clubs provide more than just a place to play football—they create inclusive communities where every child, regardless of their background or ability, is welcome to participate and thrive.
At SCM, we believe that football should be accessible to all, and that’s why we focus on breaking down barriers. Whether a child is the next star player or simply loves the game, our clubs give them the chance to play, learn, and grow.
As part of our sustainable model, SCM Academy represents the next step in this journey. We identify the most promising players from our grassroots clubs and offer them full scholarships, which provide them with elite football training alongside a strong academic education. Our players, aged 10 to 18, live at the academy, where they’re supported in every aspect of their development, preparing them for a successful future—whether on the pitch or beyond.
Unlike traditional academies, SCM Academy operates as a for-profit venture, with all revenue from player transfers reinvested into SCM’s grassroots programs. This innovative approach ensures that the benefits of elite player development flow back to the communities, expanding football opportunities for children who need it the most.
At SCM Academy, we’re not just developing great football players—we’re shaping future leaders and role models. Our holistic approach means that every child receives the tools they need to succeed both on and off the field. Through football, education, and mentorship, we are creating a generation of young people who will inspire and uplift their communities.
Be part of the journey—support SCM Academy today and help us build a brighter future through the power of football.
